HR people were good, salary package was average. Location is convenient

False information during Interview on offered job profile. Bad Work culture and no work life balance . BAD office politics impacting peoples CAREER. Due to above had to quit without any offer in hand to keep myself mentally healthy Most of the work is manual and not automation scopes. Company is still working in 90s style.

...e you work on holidays as well. Do not join even if they give u 500% hike. Do not fall for them because of package as at the end of the safety is necessary!!

No work Life balance, the incharge of the FRRG Dept is pathetic who is been working for 15 years and she has no intention to motivate and train the new joinees. Odd working hours and no decent pay

Lack of innovation, work-life imbalance, very dull work environment and lack of motivation, salary is very low than normal industry standards

It's a good experience for me, also good teammates.

Dislikes

Exactly compensation is good, but growth is very slow. I've to work maximum 9-10 hrs in a day, also there is no on-job training for freshers. There is no appreciation from seniors.
