They give you good hike or good package while hiring

After joining they will make your life hell, there are so many policies related to employee they made but no seniors follows. They will make you feel resigning and going home. Also the kind of threatening you will get that will make your life miserable. They will bluntly that you complain wherever you want I don't care. Just put down paper andvget out from the branch. I should not see your face next day at branch.

Hr not supportive Last 4 month handle the branch no SDM no rm in branch Salary 20k work 2 people Reporting manager not supportive Rating 2.71 but still not promoted Handle cash counter and customer service desk last 4 month Hr not responding call and mails Salary satisfaction no as per work load Last year wall of fram in indusind bank but still not appreciated

100% job secured untill the officer involved into a unerased disciplinary mistakes. He/she will be survived for decades.

Not a salary match for vintages basis market norms, new joiners provide more CTC than the existed floor managers. Pay scale revision should effectively implement for designation & grade wise.

Every process is slow and complicated

1. Joining process slow and worst 2. Once you join you have to do struggle to open your own salary account. 3. When you start doing operations, every process is so complicated. 4. If you open accounts, accounts getting freeze or total freeze in some time. 5. No support from BM, they said "I need business only do it from anywhere" and by mistake if portfolio assigned then you have to do sttrugle for customer you have to fight for your portfolio from KAM or RM, every customer is owned by KAM or RM from your portfolio. 6. MH, RH invites you on weekend for business in branch, branches open on weekends for only business.
