Nothing to like about IndusInd bank other then there attractive compensation offering. That is how they will bring you in system and then that money will not help you to survive. Eventually you will choose peace over money.

Dislikes

1) Work Pressure 2) No inputs from organization. 3) You will be left on your own without any leads from bank's side. 4) Video call culture.

Working Culture might not be the best but it is still better in my department when compared to other department or even other banks. Seniors in my department are approachable.

Dislikes

Salary breakup is very bad. You get very less in hand then what is promised. Small increments.

Nothing to like about exempt they provide salary credit at 25th of every month.

There is no job security,Worst work culture,worst company policy,worst HR supportive system even in Medical emergency HR and management where not supportive.career spoiler.HR will ask for provided documents many times even you submitted and provided them to many times.

Worst company ...there is no working as per professionally not satisfactory salary, not a company to work

Dislikes about working in indusind banks are alot words are less to describe how bad experience will be in indusind bank ..if someone is willing to work in indusind bank...I would suggest don't waste your precious experience and time in working indusind bank ..try out somewhere else...you will be more ...satisfied working in some other company ...

Only thing i like salary on 25 of every month nothing else

No proper support from managers branch managers are dangerous towards employee favourite employe get good support . Not treat equally . No proper hr support . Manager use their power to spoil employee life. Unrealistic target . This is not bank these are insurance company. They only focus on insurance. No proper training. No proper support . Second thing if u have do pr die situation then join Indusind bank other wise explore your self and search other opportunities. Hr not received your call . Hr will also not understand your problem even you share medical thereafter they will not relieve you . Hr is only for name and position. Huge politics . If you hard worker employee and source good business then managers will map your clients to his favourite employee. They will treat you like you are slave. (Convulsion) Pls don’t join until and unless you have do or die situation either join for 1 or 6 months after resigned )
