At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

...nonuse at all...you have to recruit staff...suddenly all policies will change...they ensure u don't get bonus or rating if u do not complete amfi or irda...all these r communicated at last minute...no support n extended targets too which u can never achieve..

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
