This is the most disgusting place you’ll work work at, female employees are not safe and are harassed, salaries get cut even if you reach 2 mins late to the office. No leaves given and they make you work even if you have 103 fever. The upper management and founders are pathetic and very toxic. HRs are very bad and misbehave with you and do creepy flirting with you if you are a female. Pathetic culture, depressive vibes, my mental health got damaged because of this place. Don’t join you’ll end up taking therapies.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
