For Teaching:- 1. Almost in each department HoDs are Good & Helpful. 2. Students are very good and sincere. For Non-Teaching:- 1. Workload is limited and office time is 9:00 to 17:00

Dislikes

For Teaching:- 1. Low Salary is being Offered by the HR department. 2. Promotion is very rare. 3. Increment is also very poor. 4. No incentives or perks for Research Publications/Patents/MoUs/Books etc. 5. No Accommodation facilities are available for outside staff. For Non-Teaching:- 1. Salary is Average. 2. No fixed time for salary credit. 3. No promotion in designation, staff who are working for more than 5 to 6 years are in the same position. 4. Increment in Non-teaching is like dream and if gets also then 5 to 7 %

... efforts made for teaching students. Student feedback not shared with professor. There is no transparency in salary structure.

...owth, no increment, no medical, no casual leave, no sick leave, no annual leave. I applied for annual leaves (for 2 weeks) and got them approved but management deducted my half salary and I was told there are no leaves.
