Salary hike after each year will not be more than 1000rs. Tower operation controller is same as BPO with targets. No mobile is allowed inside company premises. Strict rules in the company. Medical leaves are not available in this company.

Worst company I have ever experienced Upper Management treat us like donkey The more you give your efforts the more you near to loose the job If your are a chela of your boss then only you can servive in this organisation This is the First company where I feel that your job security is zero here Any time without any reason they give u notice of 3 months to terminate you So if you want to save your life and wants career growth ,please avoid this company

A Best tower's international company . Everything is ok , like salary, bonus, PF, insurance. Every manpower can hope for a better position in this company. So I like to spend more time with this company.

Worked in Delhi circle for a year. It is complete chaos, people are toxic to the core, senior management promotes toxicity calls at odd hours. Personally seen team members having panic attacks and having health issues due to toxic environment *Work life balance goes for a toss. *Site engineers are involved in theft of cables & diesel at sites *Old Estate members take a cut in rent by giving threat to Landlords to remove site *Too much reporting to cross functional heads with no real skill sets *Morning & evening calls are meant to demean and insult team members One should avoid this company at all costs. Better stay unemployed for sometime.
