... very humiliating package even for engineers wit o arrears ie. just 6000/- pm, no leaves, only on Sundays, high salary deduction on additional leave taken. high politics, often clashes with management and union.

Job security is 100%. However, the benefits like salary or bonuses will not increase substantially over the years. Basic salary will begin from almost 12000 and an additional incentive of around RS 5000 will also receive from after three months.

...nts and cash in all their branches. Which results into high workload and stress. The current salary package of this designation is not sufficient in comparison with the work load of every branch!

Very low fixed salary. Exploiting employees in the name of Covid in the form of Salary deductions. Who would work here for a fixed salary of 11000 per month?

I would rate Indus Motors in two ways , namely before Covid 19 and after Covid 19. Before Covid 19, I would give 5Star rating. After Covid 19, I would only give a 2 star.
