...mpression. Favouritism is also there. Work is also monotonous, no growth at all. Salary is very less, they don't give increment even after completing 3 years.

Growth is slow. Management supports for encouragement but compensation is not satisfactory

Salary growth is low. There's not much healthy inter department conversation or activities for healthy work environment. No birthday or anniversary work reminders or appreciation is less. No cafeteria. No team outings. No personal skill development trainings. You just gotta complete work the way they want it

Everything process is not good if we need any work for HR we should call them atleast 10 times and mail them 4-5 time then your work is done. Team lead don’t have knowledge about coding and all

Only the colleagues in Doctors team were too supportive and nice and co- staff at ground level.

The work life balance is too bad and eventually there is too much of politics and partiality. No one is there to hear valid reasons for leave.

Management is worse, no stablity in job very manipulative manager, HR management is dull, almost they treat you like a dancing ball in every process..
