I like most about the school is it's infrastructure only. They have facilities that requires for an overall child development. Just a child friendly.

Dislikes

Pay scale not as per grades. The work pressure is extremely high, as nothing is planned beforehand. Senior doesn't give right feedback about the teacher's work to the management. Teachers like to work in a team but couldn't. No appreciations. It has a few game players.

Likes

Overall Indraprastha GLOBAL SCHOOL is far better than other schools, very supporting environment, everyone is helpful and loving. Once you become a part of school, you are a part of this school for lifetime.

Dislikes

Still not able to gather any negative points, everything is great and enjoyful.

The independent working environment, opportunities to explore creativity & freedom to take ground decisions & full fledged support from Management.

Dislikes

It’s particularly not dislike but a wind of change is required in processes as comparing an upcoming branch with full fledged established branch will not necessarily yield success.

Good work environment & culture.Teammates are supportive & the management is transparent. The infrastructure is contemporary.Policies are fair & good.

Dislikes

A few aspects need to be refined like employee evaluation & on the job training.

The working environment was terrible as I cried many a times there and the principal Ms Suman nath made my life hell over there.she never approved the leave and made me cry alot to get the leave approved for my own marriage. I had to leave mid way and didn't want to work back with them ever again in life after I left I also got threats from the admin department from Ms sandhya. Very very poor experience.

Dislikes

The worst thing was to work under the principal Ms Suman nath.
