...e. I love to work with my team because people are really good and understanding. Talking about job security and Salary, both are fine but the salary they offered is sufficient to any fresher candidate. For your information or people willing to work in aluminium foundry should aware about heating zone and pollution in the premises.

The company is open to innovation. There is high quality products. As a result I get to travel to customer end. My colleagues come from various backgrounds and we work happilyin collaboration.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attaind customer calls in the evening and sometimes in night also. Managers do not value an individual strengths. There is no onjob training to fresher's, hence senior folks like me have to guide them which is pain sometimes.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
