Compensation is poor also growth is slow and it has no define career part. Despite being multicultural, there is no racial balance, that is it operate a double standard like all other Asian countries.

no room for career progression, employee life cycle poor, apprails system poor, no policy, no HR manual, no job security, no place for innovation and creation, lead by people who came as manager - money oriented, poor life for staff, ask for everything, face to face policy changes

The overall culture of the company and bonding with national employees.

Dislikes

Harsh and unethical decision being taken by Management against the old employees (who always stood strong in all critical phases of the company) on selfish recommendations given by new Head of the department who has not even spent enough time with company to adopt its culture.
