Five day working. Best for Womens. Extra activities taken by HR are great. Having cultural events which only allows to perform head offices employees and HRs fevorite employee.

...s health issue is directly fired without any notice, so no work security at all. Also higher package employees are asked for leaving company and tortured. They recruiting contract base persons even if they hold post degrees, in less sallery.

Late sitting in R n D center Rabale mumbai as boss is coming late and sitting g upto 8 o clock of night and expecting his colleagues to sit till 8 in night though we are coming at 8.30 in morning.

...rganisation.manegment is pathetick.they think that you r slave of the manegment.not that much salary only work presure and full of adjustment.you have to give half of your salary to archive the target and secure your job.dont join here,I think join zomato or swigy as a delivery boy but dont join indoco to frastated your life.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training he is so annoying sometimes. there is a lot of politics and there some issues also .

I feel that I am were very lucky to that I had got chance to work indoco remedies . Working culture is very good as well supportive . Training given in this company is online and also understand to each and every person.

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high . I have been working 12 hours per day .
