Its is very good company work in it because we can learn many things while in it and we can learn many work operation and how to complete the job works and how to manage dispatch supplier handling and quality managing and we can develop our communication with supplier and handling them

...language of top management is phatetic. abusive language is used with employees. Employees are treated like management own us by giving salary.

...ompetent, the office environment is toxic, and the work culture is demoralizing. There’s zero support, no recognition for hard work, No Leave Policy, white collar employees are given salary like daily wage workers and the leadership lacks vision and empathy. Important Note: Don’t waste the valuable years of your career here — you’ll only regret it.

...e are 4 directors in this company & all the directors have cheap labour mindset. This company doesn’t have any kind of leave policy as well means if you take leave for 1-2 days they directly deduct salary means no casual leave. No bonus PF and ESIC also. The company have 3 months notice period which is non negotiable. If you resign they hold your resign and salary & sometime your experience letter too.

Only office infrastructure.. management are worst I ever experienced.

Everything..work culture, company policy, rude behaviour, partiality, favouritism, employee benefit is zero, only gratuity provided which can get after 5 yr working only.. attrition rate is very high due bad behaviour of management, no quality work skill you learn there.
