A good company for learn but not so good for freshers . If you have experience of 3-4 years that case this company is excellent for career development. As all equipments are China making and full plant being control by DCS .....and enough spare maintaining facility available...so there is a big opportunity and u get enough time to learn how to tackle and maintain these equipments . This plant based on fully green technology with 0% carbon emission. You will not feel so much work pressure and all departments are fully co operative.

Training facilities should be improve at least for freshers
