there is no job security, particularly its like one man show THE CEO & his politics. if he find a person whose thoughts are not in line with his thoughts then he will be thrown out mercilessly even for no fault.

too much of politics especially the TOP MANAGEMNT (CEO & COMPANY SECRETARY)
