No job security, no working culture, management take care about only your relatives, no company policy, jangal raj only there

There no any rules for salary increment. I am working there from five years but from the time of joining , i am getting only 10000 per month, there is no rules for yearly increment except their relatives. No bonus is there. No salay standard is there. Contratual Engineers getting 10000 salary only.Jangal raj is there only.

I love working in IGTR.I got to learn new things.

ICTR did a lot of injustice to me.I have been here for 8 years, but my payment has not been done yet. He decreased instead of increasing.Due to my payment increases, he made a decree.They should decrease my payment ₹ 5000!If someone goes on speaking, no one listens.So my money got up from IGTR. Now I see who listens to this feedback?
