In Indocount company increment is very less and increment time is not fix.

Learning opportunities are there but too much politics.
Dislikes
Young employees are very few. You will find average age of employees near to 45-50 yrs. Old employees are working in very traditional way and do not adopt new ways of working. Management issues too.
