1- Only wfh is available which is good. 2- Salary on time.

To much partiality done by manager's.In terms of appraisal. They do what they want to do no Hr intervention. Only 1 day off which is as per roster. Very toxic environment

...fety of employees allowed work from home for us. And the same had been extended. There have been no salary cuts we are getting our complete salary and all the benefits are intact,

Working with the founder closely is simply amazing who has built multiple steller products in the past, extremely fast-paced environment, and chance to do a lot of consumer-facing experiments

...nternal politics crept into the organization which derailed overall development. Also pay was not structured to incentivize for innovation

No appraisal if you are not showing visibility at the end despite how much you worked all year along No support from managers, they are only to make your life miserable People leaving all teams due to lack of priority No clear ambition for next few years Use and scrap engineers and product managers No flexibility

Priorities are not based on user but mood if CEO Blame games in form of micromanaging biweekly meetings Stunted ego of higher leadership who keep on creating new positions for themselves like randomly Director, Vice President whatever comes in their mind to keep their ego satisfied with hierarchy No work life balance Pathetic appraisal
