IndiTech Valves is one of them. 5. Sky is the limit for go getters. 6. Huge potential for this organisation in its segment. It's going to be leading brand in Control Valves considering Quality of products, organisations approach.

1. Nothing much. 2. Company is continuously growing and improving itself. So even if there is something negative and you highlight to upper management it will definitely taken care of.

As a fresher, IndiTech Valves Pvt. Ltd. is a good company to start Career. from my experience, all team members are active, supportive and Responsive. It is the best place to innovate and gain Knowledge. Management Treats all people like its own Family.

I worked at IndiTech Valves for 2.5 years, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by constant uncertainty and insecurity about my job. Despite my hard work and dedication, I never felt stable or valued. The company's lack of transparency and communication regarding job security made it difficult for me to plan my future. I witnessed numerous unexpected layoffs and restructuring, which created a culture of fear and anxiety.

Only Salary increment is good .

The management is poor, and senior employees contribute little while taking credit for the hard work of juniors. Job security is nonexistent—I dedicated two years of day-and-night effort, only to be dismissed without recognition. This company does not value its employees, making it an unstable and unfair workplace.

Management people are good, & they are so much technically strong. Negative things are as follows : The worst experience I ever had. The HR policies changes as per their convenience. Few seniors are just like useless fellows, they can't even do simple calculations. Your duration in that company is considered not your talent while paying incentives & giving payment hikes. Just think ITI people are given more importance than Engineers....!!! Nothing is concerned with your Knowledge, the people who just do Sir sir all the time will be considered the loyal and good employees. Only Management is good but they too have to change their way of Appreciating the good employees. No facilities are provided. Even a closed room is not there for meetings. While you do any important meetings with someone, few selected people hear it like a 'Neighbouring Aunty' & interfere in the meeting even if they don't have any relation with your topic. Actually, I had worst experience, it's because of the few undeserved people being at the positions where they should not be.

1. No Work-life balance at all, if you leave office o time it's considered as a Crime here & you will be judged like a criminal. 2. No Importance given to your Knowledge, the only thing matters is your duration in the Company. 3. Undeserved people are sitting on mid-senior level/ senior level 4. Most non-technical persons are handling technical things is the worst thing 5. Improper & very less payment hikes 6. Office culture is not good 7. Work place must be improved, meetings rooms should be made available. 8. Reception & management office should be made & maintained good as it is first impression on every visiting Customer. 9.
