Management people are good, & they are so much technically strong. Negative things are as follows : The worst experience I ever had. The HR policies changes as per their convenience. Few seniors are just like useless fellows, they can't even do simple calculations. Your duration in that company is considered not your talent while paying incentives & giving payment hikes. Just think ITI people are given more importance than Engineers....!!! Nothing is concerned with your Knowledge, the people who just do Sir sir all the time will be considered the loyal and good employees. Only Management is good but they too have to change their way of Appreciating the good employees. No facilities are provided. Even a closed room is not there for meetings. While you do any important meetings with someone, few selected people hear it like a 'Neighbouring Aunty' & interfere in the meeting even if they don't have any relation with your topic. 1. No Work-life balance at all, if you leave office o time it's considered as a Crime here & you will be judged like a criminal. 2. No Importance given to your Knowledge, the only thing matters is your duration in the Company. 3. Undeserved people are sitting on mid-senior level/ senior level 4. Most non-technical persons are handling technical things is the worst thing 5. Improper & very less payment hikes 6. Office culture is not good 7.
