Classrooms are suffocating. Commute is not so easy for somebody from Delhi. Salary is also less as per the post. At times, the workload is too much that it takes weekends to complete that. Management is only after 100 marks. The expectations are unreal. Humiliation of teachers. Poor decision making from authority.

...his Covid 19, became very terrible to work and to balance the office and family. Seriously wr getting only 60% salary and will be continued till the situation gets normalized. So really very much upset 😢😭 😒😣 😣

...Head of institution which may be affected due to your relations with the HODs. Salary and growth is good. Work life balance is average.

My experience with Indirapuram Public School was disappointing due to poor management, lack of guidance, and zero accountability. There’s no skill development or training, and teachers are expected to work on official off-days (like Saturdays) without compensation. The administration does not care about employee concerns—there’s no open dialogue, just a culture of endless work. Even after leaving, they made my clearance process unnecessarily difficult and are now refusing to hand over my final salary cheque to my authorized representative. Overall, the management prioritizes control over fairness, making it an unprofessional and unsupportive workplace. Would not recommend.

It's not a good place to work the head of the school and coordinators are very ambitious.

What I dislike most is the principal's behavior she doesn't support also she insults people in front of everyone related to very minute issues very bad lady as a person, she fired me at that time I was pregnant....she should not get any award she doesn't work only impose work on staff.
