It's tension free job ..No extra burden after classes

Dislikes

Amount of salary given is very low and it's always delayed...we used to get our payment after 4-5 month..Atleast it should be on time..we are giving our 4 hrs on every class..but we used to get only Rs 1540..Emolument should be increased for academic counselor..

...ll new position advertise as well as if any position to higher than current one. Otherwise you would have to work in same salary

A lot partiality with Contract-employee to Permanent. While contract employee salary must be higher than permanent like Western / European countries.
