My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). Poor Work-Life balance. Besides, the Consultant-patient ratio is poor giving you too little time for your patient which may not be satisfactory for both in some cases especially in the field of Super -specialty. With ever increasing Patient demand and expectation it becomes sometimes difficult to justify the hurried posture you take in dealing with your patients.
