One think I like about this company that salary always credit on month's end and if you are a fresher it's a very good company to learn many things as per my domain. It's a great to company to learn before joining any mnc.

•Micromanagement, undermining employees' autonomy. •Favoritism or preferential treatment of certain employees. •Excessive workloads and unrealistic deadlines. •Expectations to work overtime without compensation. •No flexibility for personal or family needs.

1) No Work life balance. 2) At the time interview they will inform you will be working in Bangalore. However, when you join the company, they will place somewhere else and tell you that you will be working in another city 30 to 45 days. Even after Months you won't be placed back to Bangalore and after 45 days if you ask your manager, he will tell now you can't go back because you are InCharge of the project so after completion of project only you can go back. 3) Employe will be treated like a salve my upper management 4) No career growth 5) No proper support from management you will be in charge of all activities at site like logistics, billing, Finalizing the vendor coordinate with all internal teams and external teams and you have manage your daily activities at site. 6) You have to work on all days and there is no compensation leave also. If you are not working Sunday's manager will treat will u like nonprofessional engineer. 7) They will hire employee from big companies and treat like Nonprofessional engineer 8) All approvals will give by Company owner even for small amounts. Even if you are General Manager also you take any decisions. 9) No proper HR support 10) Please don't join if you're from construction industry or interior site engineer, they will literally treat you like a slave or I can't say street dogs 11) Company culture like Hire and Fire policy and they are no Job security.

You get too much of work which you may have skipped in MNCs considering the work don't belong to you. You get to try various things

They don't promise any career path. Your work has nothing to do with your title/pay/aspiration and most importantly your skills. The moto is to get the work done. You may get compensated appropriately, but definitely not appreciated.

There is no static culture they are following, all they do is buttering the heads and have no courage or knowledge about the work ethics at all. They will not fire but they target you in a cheap way.

I have spent 5.2 years at IndiQube and I have enjoyed working at IndiQube every single day. The leaders are good and pretty known in the market. IndiQube is growing Big. The Sales/BD Leader is super cool gentleman, you will learn and grow every day if you join Sales team. I would highly recommend IndiQube. (If only you have a doubt)

Working Saturdays (alternate) However, everybody on working Saturdays are chill including founders.
