Less compensation offered for Ground staff, difficult to balance personal life , hectic shift hours, you have be good with managers , difficult for work in Rains and in summer. Limited exposure, Difficult to get job outside with aviation experience. No facility provided , staff travel is non sense, good only if you travel solo.

Your Confidence of soft skill gets increased, its fame type of job for first 4-5 months. No one cares if you get ill and you will due to the lifestyle all savings are gone and hard next career options at that tine you realize.

The flight loads per half an hour is more, No healthy life, No excuses, More work with less pay

work culture is good, people are good but bosses are rude, training teams are excellent. Salary credits on time, every time.

Bosses are rude. Appraisals are not fair. Job security isn't there. Salary is less for everyone, growth is so slow.

The salary is always on time. It is the largest airline in India and offers a lot of destinations for staff travel

The work culture is extremely toxic. There is no personal growth. While taking entitled sick leaves, one needs to mandatorily provide a doctor's certificate even if its just a headache and report to the office for "Verification" on the same day. Employees are required to prove that they are sick by visiting the office in-person as a doctor's certificate itself isn't enough.

...fe ,u need to work in rotation shift so there is no fixed week off or free time. Salary has not been revised since 2006. There not even give proper increment as per inflation. Promotion are not constant
