Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Learnt how to manage everything by own as the management is highly terrible.

...o leaves. Its going to be 1 year haven't receive my full and final settlement. Very bad salary structure for ground staff 2AM 3AM shift pattern Cab facility on chargeable (7500) , for male employee no cab Snail growth No respect for employees Seen 5 new HR in 5 Years

Over time- they never pay. Call before on shift. Daily briefing. Idotic managers dont take any responsibility, possibly 12th pass, totally crabby environment. No salary pay slip filled with bonus only. HR highly educated they don't listen to staff
