.... Increments only on papers, they increase at one end and deduct from both ends. I worked with this company at the same package for three years and the last months were really disappointing and stingy with almost 5k less than the previous months. I wonder how somebody can run their family shows with this half piece of bread.

Even though many companies weren't paying their employees Indigo made sure we get our salaries on time even during the pandemic and losses they were facing.

Probably it's only the work that I can get to learn and skills to grind at highest pressure which enables proactive and fast pace work habits.

No promotions, no salary, no sleep, no peace, nothing, no humanity, no pity, not an employee orientated, ultimately nothing.

It's a stable work environment and job safety is pretty much guaranteed even during critical times. SLT benefit is a decent perk.

...h prospect is very low, need to stay for longer time to be promoted in the role. Compensation is average.
