The pay was good before 2020. Travelling around the world for free of cost, and luxurious stay in 5 star hotels is really an amazing experience. You get free tickets ( gst+taxes are included) for your blood relatives(5 members). You get great benefits by the company.

...ng any aviation industry. Not glamorous as the posts you see on social media Pay was good before 2020 but after covid hit, it never came back to normal salary. But now people are ready to work for lesser amount of salary and the quality of work is reduced.. Overall good but if you want to enjoy the actual Cabin Crew Life ‘ better join any international Aviation company’ don’t join a low cost carrier. You don’t get to enjoy the actual feeling of being a cabin crew because you will have to do a lot of manual work, always running behind time and no quality of service.

...t could so difficult to sit n eat in front of lavatories n passangers. 8) for LWP’s they have leverage for pay cuts & also to block cabin crew staff travel leisure for 6months along with warning letters. 9) so , nothing much but 1 should takes care of their employees health & should not over burdened them . 10) just wages doesn’t matter , all it matters concern at the end

Everything, work culture, management, salary & benefits , appraisal, everything is the worst. They don't consider there employees ever, they just, make them work extra and never even give recognition to one. You get 0 rest here, if you are sick, you still have to go to the airport & get verified if you sick enough or not. Thw worst company one can work for.

The only things I liked about the company was bonus, medical and layover allowances. Overall, the flying experience was fair pre-covid time. I'm not really sure about post-covid time, as I left. I hear that the flying has become extremely hectic from ex colleagues. Anyways, it will always be my first company and no matter how hard the work was, I have a special place for it in my heart. I hope, they make it better in the coming years especially to cabin crew members. Have mercy on them, please!

Work-life balance was poor and the attitude towards us (crew members) was not that great. One day, a person from OCC literally said to me that I would be "utilized" in whichever way they want us to, when I asked why was I pulled out at last minute. Need dire improvement in management, especially flight scheduling. It's horrible!

The salary is always on time. It is the largest airline in India and offers a lot of destinations for staff travel

The work culture is extremely toxic. There is no personal growth. While taking entitled sick leaves, one needs to mandatorily provide a doctor's certificate even if its just a headache and report to the office for "Verification" on the same day. Employees are required to prove that they are sick by visiting the office in-person as a doctor's certificate itself isn't enough.
