New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...tending their target date and looting them.The employees suffer for that reason.Pay is so bad.No work life balance and the worst thing is that they try to enter your personal life.I dont know who have given them 5 * rating to them here.Probably must have been pressurised.

I would like to say that I have joined the company as a fresher with no knowledge towards anything. But here at Indigi I have learnt a lot. I was just checking the reviews . I saw someone writing CEO is toxic, if he ask some questions and the individual don't know basic answers and if he teaches him..instead of taking it as a learning, he feels offended than it is really disgusting.

One of my relative worked in this worst company as the owner of the company runs it like a grocery shop which doesn't give salary on time to it's employees. This a such pathetic company. Once onboarded in this company this people will ask to put good reviews about their company online. People after working for 2-3 years will not get an experience letter. Really not recommended at all.
