I cannot think of many pros of working at Indicus Software.

Dislikes

Poor Pay and poor hours. 20% monthly salary cut which will be credited at the end of Financial Year. Be ready to listen to abuses and swear words from the management.

...n 10 experience ca work on latest technology , if they have which i quite rare Salary issue if very frequent Salary deductions for no reason No timely salary Harassment and embarrassment very bad company for girls

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts technology. I am lucky that I was a part of this organization and as a beginner learnt too many things.

Dislikes

The growth is slow. Work Pressure is very high. Most of the times, had to work for 12-14 hours straight in a day. There is no on-job training for freshers, which is a pain sometimes.

Likes

The environment over here is very jovial, friendly and constructive. The senior management is accessible and free for discussions with even the most junior resources. There is ample scope of learning new different technologies and apply them in live projects. There is lot of freedom to experiment on different things and use them in the projects.

Dislikes

Resource management can be a bit more smarter and efficient.

A perfect example of ideal work-life balance while working on the latest technology with innovative approach. Great experience to work with techno-savy team members and a "Down-to-Earth" top leadership. Our organization deserves better positioning in Indian IT market which we will achieve with smart team work. Long way to go!
