You can roam freely inside the office, big office though Not much work - so you will get a free salary Only few managers are good in terms of technical knowledge, I know one

...e company provided a lot of support for the affected people and their families * Fast bonuses from first year joining. I didn't have to ask for it. HR called with my manager and offered the bonus * Beautiful office and comfortable space

* Working from home for a very long time wasn't a pleasant experience, stressful and affected all feelings of job security nobody was really helping, and I felt lost and useless overtime as I struggled to catch up to the team with my little experience and eventually left * Annoying timesheet I hate filling it every day it's a waste of time and energy * You have to give a check of 2 months salary when joining for a period of 1 year and half compulsory regardless of your liking to stay or not * Almost no growth opportunities and necessary trainings even when they promise to provide it takes many months, and even never happens * Unfair treatment in many departments, many employees are relatives, married or cousins of seniors and use their family bond in their favor. Also, they treated the foreigner trainee better than actual employees, she was spoiled and accepted with 0 Hindi language our national language that should be strictly respected. She is allowed to post in the main Matter most communication portal of the company like a senior. Also, she hangs out with the owner of the company and his daughter like a VIP and I heard that she gets highly paid even when she goes to her country * Few seniors in charge of many employees and departments you never find your senior free for 5 mins even to help you or guide you when needed * People don't do a right succession when they leave, and then you are blamed for the lack of training you had

As this is a large company so everyone can't get good opportunities to work on desired technology or task, Also leaves are very less, slice and sandwich rule, politics for everything either on work, salary hike.
