...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I don't know about other departments but admin is the worst department to join.. I liked nothing here.

Those who want to end his career at this company may surely join this company. I will give you genuine advise. This is a family business company and not corporate.. Please dont go on their infrastructure and join the company as the inside story is very bad and hurting... The admin manager is leech and stuck inside the company from last 20+ years and I am sure he never left the company as he knew he will not get the job out side this company. The quality of politics he plays is cheap but you can't do anything, reason he will die in this company only.. He doesn't know how to talk to his subordinates and use abusive words... Now the directors are ruthless and shameless... They will insult you in front of everyone. Specially the person who will join at admin will indirectly report to a lady director who doesn't know how to speak... She is ready to insult you... She is over spoken mad lady... She will not only insult you but to the vendors also you will deal with... I you don't believe me go join and lose your job and stay home like me and wait for EMI to bounce.... 🤣🤣🤣

Nothing is right in Indiana. It is a completely non complied company. Employees are abused and cheated by the management.

It has a slave like work culture. Employees are cheated and exploited. They don't follow any corporate norms. Absolutely toxic environment. No one should join Indiana.
