The management is very unprofessional and the company has a poor work culture. It is a kind of baniya or lala type company. One can learn a lot if your are a fresher. They aren't aware what a good work culture is. Harasses employees to a large extent by putting extra pressure and taking output of three or four persons from one person. Not at all flexible in timings and will make you work extended hours day in and day out.

Dislikes

No work life balance and poor pay master as compared to job responsibilities. The attrition rate is very high in this organisation. Even, politics are played by the management so that you put your resignation by putting unwanted pressure. They have hire and fire tactics. They use people for the benefits and if you are unable to fulfill their benefits, they will use politics to do away with you. Pathetic place and very hazardous for your well-being.

Likes

Great opportunity to learn and innovate. They have introduced new HR Policies, fostering growth and clarity. Overall a good place for those willing to learn.

Dislikes

Two saturdays are working but the option to work from home makes it manageable.

There were some senior people who could guide youngsters. Now there is no one.

Dislikes

The biggest issue is that it’s a promoter driven company with no vision. Promoter’s family members, despite any right skills or experience, will take top positions. There is little or no professionalism.
