Other than salary credit on time. Nothing to like. No job training, no skill development, no work appraisals, Only and only politics. Nobody concern about work in company.

I must say it is a very good company to work in terms of work life balance, Job satisfaction and Job security..

I think company should be little more focus towards growth and compensation then it will become the best company to be associated with any professional.

Job security,Good Salary with extra Benefit and canteen facilities also bus facilities are good

Promotion and learning upper level work possibilities very poor. also environment is very bad to enhance the new ideas and work balance

Policies related to Career growth and development is not clear. Work culture is very intense due to office politics . There is no skill development program for non management group. There is no initiative by HR for any activity like employees picnic , tour or other recreational activities.

Good work life balance. Job security so far is good but cannot predict for future.

... mother Public Sector organisations. No accommodation is extended to employees. To say, apart from salary and minimal health insurance no other notable facility is extended to employees.
