Did not give salary hike to the employees am getting same salary for 3 years as wages even they if increase for 2 rs per day that means 52 Rs for 26 days and also no one is there to care about contract employees job security and benifits and also they Did not give salary for sunday, and only 3 days govt holidays provided for whole year instead of this govt leaves no other paid leave if we take one day leave salary will deducted

It's Graduate Apprentice training so it's like job cum training. And friendly person. I learn lot's of new things.. Good work environment and culture. Food also testy....

Salary is not Good but the experience and learning you get is immeasurable.

Canteen facilities differ for contract and permanent employee,some departments routine work need some development in that places,no value for contract employees at environment.

...ked with Head of the Section. As a personal Assistant it were a good experience. Being I were in a contract my salary would be 15K . Overall it was nice experience to work in that organization

... electrical jobs it is foundation for growth in electrical engineering fields. Graduate will get their desired salary. Their is no much pressure and good environment with Employees.

... their is no much safety and benefits given for us. Less skill building works. Salary increment and other incentives are weak
