Well, I found out they are looking for recruiter in there company. I even got a call and they asked whether I'm looking for a job as a recruiter. I'm a fresher they knew very well. Still they asked me to go for a face to face interview in there Keyatala branch. Next day when I went for the interview after a long wait they called me and the founder was sitting there. He asked me about my life journey. He was not even paying attention just looking at his phone. Then he said "your cv is for customer relations position" . He even asked me to do a machine test where I drafted a mail. I was said my work will be coordinating with the customers. I was okay with it as I thought it's not related to sales job. First day, while giving me a training a senior said that it's a sales position and you've to push the customers to buy the products and also call them, chat with them. Next day I was feeling cheated on as I was not looking for a sales position. One of the senior even asked me "so you've learnt by now that how the websites and the apps works. How am I supposed to learn in 2 days? The other leader of the sales department was very rude to one of the girls working there. After seeing so much buttering, politics I decided to leave the job without hesitation.
