Very rude management non nbfc in India as such policy.. incentive scheme is very bad that no one can earn incentive.. very limited market.. very tough policy for limited market business.. no employee welfare.. even you cannot claim petrol allowance also if u don't have enough business...no job security at all..

Excellent for doing job superior authority are too good very supportive and grow with time to time and very good package and environment too good.job is very secure also in penadamic covid 19 also work more staff management and policy is too favour of business and staff relevant.

Nothing as much. The company is still in growing mode. There is much to learn.

No motivation to work. No bonus, no appraisal. They promise to give you bonus and appraisal but when the time comes they do not match with employee expectations.

There staff was very cooperative and culture was nice but in covid-19 company was not support to employees.. forcefully demand to resignation from job.. it's happen with me

The CFO & COO Mr Ankur Agarwal is very khadoos. They can employee as many people from their relatives buy don't value other employees at all. Mrs Suman Kadyan the most mean lady does not know F of Finance and she is head there. She does nothing and take credit of others work.
