One of the corrupt organisation in history of india. It looted common people and salary gives to the officers only who are posted junior there benefits go on vein.

...torious staff and made him dependent on railways job he have no way to leave it. Juniors are getting very low as officers got 5 to 20 fold salary of juniors but there work is very poor even cbs, CMI/CCI even write a letter to officers just copy it forward it the officers. Seniors only know how to exploit this junior employee by not giving proper rest leave holiday leave etc

Railway never compromise with the safety of passengers. Never compromise with SOP ,quality of materials & maintenance of equipment. Jobs security is good.

Dislikes

...e joined Sr. Sec. Engineer through out whole service remains as Sr.Sec.Engineer. Salary structure is bad.

Dislikes

1. No work life balance (Saturday is not offs & an employee is expected to be available 24 hrs on duty), 2. No growth opportunities especially if you join at a particular Post (SSE), 3. Very poor work evaluation system leading to improper and mostly biased evaluation of employees promoting unworthy employees & resulting in low moral & enthusiasm in most Staff.

I like the cooperation of the loco pilots,assistant loco pilots and guards and shunters and their behaviour towards me.they cooperated us

...ti thi.jab maine lobby join ki thi to bola gaya tha ki kaam sikhte tak tumhe rs.8000 salary milegi but kaam sikhne ke baad salary badhaai jaegi but maine 6 months waha work Kiya but unhone kabhi hamari salary nahi badhaai.or kab Maine job join Kiya tha to bola gaya tha ki provident fund ka account khulwaya jaega or contractor ne bola ki mere naam ka provident fund account khul chuka hai but mujhe kabhi uss baare me kuch bhi nahi bataya gaya.or provident fund ke baare me puchne par contractor ne mujhse Mera ATM maanga Jo salary account unhone khulwaya tha uska but maine unhe Dene se mana kar diya or unhone meri last month ki salary bhi nahi di or maange par contractor ne salary Dene se mana kar diya.

More work and low salary Safety wise nil, safety only for publicity not for employees

Worst system , Maintenance wise worst and developed new technology in working system but railways developed only new trains .
