Such a wonderful school i have ever worked before. personally i loved to work here.you acn learn more from this school.

Salary is the only issue in this school.maangement is not ready to pay more salary to the employees.

...ent, support with material resources and personal respect are really very good. The salary for us in COVID-19 period is only reduced by 10% which is very reasonable. I am happy in all aspects to work in the current management. And the latest technology is most updated in which we emerge our knowledge.

Though we are given liberty, suggestions from our side regarding the development is not considered or expected. If some improvement is made in the environment, the management decide themselves and implement. If they ask suggestions and make changes, which may be more superior than present, if discussed with us before implementation. For example, the music room has been decorated by excellent paintings which made the atmosphere wonderful and made attractive two years back. But, there is no white board option provided to teach theory of music. And no student desks (only stools to sit and play keyboard and Guitar) to write theory of music.

...we cant expect the increment. There food accomodation standard is also so low.According to IB standard salary package is very low, here they are taking original certificate, even i also submit my all originals .

...passed out of 100+ students. Can you believe there are 50 students in one class. School earned High income from fee but never gave salary as per qualification.

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
