There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It's a greatly pleasure for me that I worked here. The environment of company is very positive and the people of the company are very helpful and they teach us like a student , they give all knowledge about company like what we produce and what is our business , how we work with responsibility . How to work in under pressure and how to we plan to do any work like maintenance, installation and other work in oil sector. My skill and knowledge has developed here very well.

THERE IS A LOT OF POLITICS AND THE MANAGEMENT DOESNOT ADDRESS OUR ISSUES. SALARY IS DECANT BUT CAREER GROWTH IS SLOW.THERE IS A BOND OF 2 YEARS BEFORE WHICH YOU CANNOT RESIGN.ON THE JOB TRAINING IS NOT GIVEN TO NEW JOINEES.
