Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes, I have to work 08-10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night

The environment of company is very positive and the people of the company are very helpful and they teach us like a student , they give all knowledge about company like what we produce and what is our business , how we work with responsibility .
