There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow on the job training not given to new joinees

It's a greatly pleasure for me that I worked here. The environment of company is very positive and the people of the company are very helpful and they teach us like a student , they give all knowledge about company like what we produce and what is our business , how we work with responsibility . How to work in under pressure and how to we plan to do any work like maintenance, installation and other work in oil sector. My skill and knowledge has developed here very well.

My teammates were very good we work as a team.my salary is enough as a fresher condidate .

In IOCL all staff behavior is well. By a engg learn many kind of technical issue such as fault. For permanent employee secure his future...am also want to persuing job in IOCL for permanent employee

Dislike in IOCL is doing by contractor job his employee not happy because not pay by contractor time to time payment...all technician, engg., labour's work through contractor is want to help plz they say about his sic for punish his contractor ..... Plz

Compensation is decent,but no growth for Apprentice.No work pressure but to learn about machines operation and maintenance.We work only 8 hours in which 1 our was for lunch.We reported to our safety officer.
