The company is open to innovation and latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of a team that high quality products and providing good client services..another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily.i also like the employee re-hire policy here..

Dislikes

There is one thing i dislike which is compensation is decent but growth is slow.sometimes work pressure high but we manage and sometimes i have to work extra hours straight in a day as i have to manage loading and unloading trucks in the evening late night.also there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes..

Need a lot of improvement in policies like salary , job security, work environment, co-curricular activities and working culture.

Dislikes

Job-security, more work as mentioned in work order. No activities during events or days like republic day or independence day. No celebration in any of the festivals.

Good work environment and culture. Copany police are good. Management also transportation

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow on the job training not given to new joinees

It's a greatly pleasure for me that I worked here. The environment of company is very positive and the people of the company are very helpful and they teach us like a student , they give all knowledge about company like what we produce and what is our business , how we work with responsibility . How to work in under pressure and how to we plan to do any work like maintenance, installation and other work in oil sector. My skill and knowledge has developed here very well.

My teammates were very good we work as a team.my salary is enough as a fresher condidate .

supporting for rashan, supporting for time to salary, not forcing for doing work compulsary..if I have no knowledge that work all staff help us.
