Our seniors are under paid and are always frustrated comparing our salary. This company is never to stay just join for another hike. HR policies are worse than outsources manpower agencies.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.They have a limitation of appraising only 3-4 people at the time of performance appraisal that's why at the most of the time even deserving candidate doesn't get appraised which brings down the morale of an employee.

...ive any work for those who don't want to work, no action even if you don't work. But you will get full salary and same % of appraisal with those who work day and night.

1.prommotional policy sucks 2. Join only if you are joining as GET,for lateral entry employees...your work won't matter to the company.they have separate policy for the people who joined as GET and for lateral entry who joined as senior engineer or any other position. 3. Promotion and hike happens only for those who have joined as GET.
