Too much expectations from very less resources provided. No proper stable foundation for a beginner. Job security very less and immediate termination guaranteed at poor performance.

Kaushik Mahapatra is founder of this organisation and a motivational trainer but seems like he have double personalities disorder, he yells at employee to personal level and destroys the mental peace, he get influenced by every female employee and start rivalries with all good employees, in name of meetings they conduct blaming around and shouting till the person exits the organisation by himself/herself , waste culture nothing to explore and growth worst ever organisation ever worked for

The Culture is very humanistic, they don't treat people like machines, they do their best to give employees a good life, good salary and good environment.

Dislikes

No problem but it's a small company so usual issues are there, nothing big.
