There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I do work very well and Very good experience for sales and marketing but I have to issue salary I want to more growth and money.

The mineral water business is big project to all clinet now the issue of plastic Ben so day by day this business growth is slow

Great company to work with... Till date great experience.. Staff is cooperative.. Management persons are friendly and will try to listen you and your problems.. Overall good working environment without much pressure.

Decision making for anything is done by few people.You can not be the part of it. Even though they will have your opinions but they react according to themselves.
