It's a fiefdom of the chairman T.N. Chaturvedi. Whoever in IIPA jenuflect before him will get promotion otherwise with qualifications and experience doesn't stand any chance. There are instances in IIPA when loyal persons of the chairman's choice gets promotions without requisite qualification and experience. Due to its poor performance, even the Ministry of Personnel does not provide enough grants. Till now it has not approved the implementation of seventh pay commission report.

There is no chance for career growth unless he is loyal to the chairman.
