The company provide good libarary and internet service. So utilize your free time becoz tere is nothing to work

Not proper guidence. No job security No appraisal . No one is intereseted to check what u are doing.

Good increment policy compare to corporate and other offices.

Dislikes

People with settled life doesn't treat well. They don't offer regular position saying regular position will make people lazy and liability. People who can fight, get angry, or came put there point with higher tone are getting more benefits and appraisal than who work with there atmos loyalty and timely.

Lot of Freedom in regards to campus life and pursuing outside classroom knowledge. The location of college makes it feel like a resort.

The library is really small but since this a new college it will expand in future.

Its an institute of national importance where the main objective is to contribute to the research in information technology, design and manufacturing domain.

Dislikes

The fund allocation for the conference and research activities.
