...upper level management had so much conflict that they are unable to work here. About salary I was getting the package of Rs. 180000 per annum. Politics was there too much know one wants to the real facts about the more real level of the things which we are presenting tlin the market they just want to sell there work. Work environment also not good the manager wants to get under there if I get some projects they want me too drop that particular project and let it give to their favourite one. But as a learning process I learned by myself and with experience I got to the government officials talk to class A officer in all over the city and work very honest and sincere.

Dislikes

The behaviour of the senior who comes from the another city first of all they don't want to understand the ground level truth and just want to sell the part of work. If I get get a project by director of the company the manager wants me to leave the task and ask me too give to their favourite one. So that was the big reason for the company didn't work out and the upper level management can't work out with the ideas which they want to work.
